The GSC was delighted to welcome a group of enthusiastic high school students as part of Geneskool, a Genome BC education program designed to spark interest in genomics and life sciences among students in grades 9 through 12.
During their recent campus field trip, students toured our state-of-the-art labs, performed hands-on experiments, and gained a firsthand look at how genomics is transforming healthcare, environmental research, and biotechnology. The visit offered students a real-world perspective on careers in science and the exciting possibilities that genomic technologies present.
