ABOUT THIS RELEASE

This portal provides access to quality-controlled genomic variant data generated from Canadian genomic cohorts. These data were generated using the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard's gnomAD QC pipeline adapted for the Canadian population. Downloads include a README covering pipeline version and data-processing details, and information on the release sites Hail table. The Hail table contains variant annotations, allele frequencies, and quality filters calculated for the overall dataset as well as across subsets inferred by PCA and ancestry inference. The gnomAD-Canada database was created as part of the Canadian Genomic Data Commons (CGDC) and the Pan-Canadian Genome Library (PCGL) .
