Supplementary Data files

This page makes available, various data sets associated with the publication: Griffith et al. 2011 (in review). Each package of files can be downloaded directly from our FTP server using the links provided below.

Affymetrix exon array data (Human Exon 1.0 ST v.2)

Unprocessed, labeled .CEL files are made available for 29 hybridizations. These include profiling of the following 5-FU sensitive/resistant cell line pairs: MIP101, MIP/5FU, RKO, RKO/5FU, HCT116 and HCT/5FU. Additional hybridizations are also available for MIP101 and MIP/5FU with and without treatment with 5-FU (1mM for 12 hours). Each of these 8 conditions includes biological triplicates that were independently prepped and hybridized.
