Chum::Analysis::Remote::Motifsampler - Runs motifsampler
Uses the Chinook platform (Montgomery et al. Nature Methods, August 2005) to remotely run Motifsampler against a set of input sequences. Results are returned as GFF from the start of the reference input sequence.
