Data analysis
The bioinformatics group of the GSC microarray platform can provide comprehensive analysis of Affymetrix GeneChip microarray data provided by the researcher. Please contact us to discuss how we can help answer your specific biological questions. Timelines and cost estimates can be provided once a detailed plan for data analysis has been formulated and agreed upon.
Cost
The total cost will be dependent upon the format of the supplied data, desired analysis and number of samples. Please contact us for a quotation for your planned analysis. With the quotation we can also provide a formal letter of collaboration that can be used for grant applications.
