Project Description
Given the adapter sequence used in an Illumina sequence run, looks for as much of the adapter sequence as possible at the 3' end of each read using fuzzy string matching and returns the read with the 3' adapter sequence trimmed off. Also returns a summary report listing the number of reads of each length after adapter trimming.
