DiscoverySpace Scatter Plot
Currently Scatter Plot is best suited for visualizing a comparison of two sets of SAGE libraries. Here are some frequently asked questions regarding the DiscoverySpace Scatter Plot widget.
DiscoverySpace tutorial (Mouse Atlas project)
This tutorial is an excellent introduction for the novice DiscoverySpace user. However, the examples are specific to the Mouse Atlas project and, while helpful, may not be directly applicable to all new users (especially those outside the GSC). Special thanks to Anita for writing this tutorial.
