It is certainly interesting to see information from genome databases being visualized in three dimensions. At this point, I'm having some problems connecting to Ensembl from Sockeye . . . is this connectivity supported in 0.8? Anyways, I am looking forward to further development on this tool. For the record, my name is Benjamin Horsman, I'm a computer scientist with a fledgling interest in bioinformatics. Oh, and I have some background in Java 3D. Hopefully, I'll be able to lend a hand with the visualization at some point down the road . . . maybe after the first stable release. Best of luck with the project, guys! Regards, Ben
