Subject: [Chinook] problem accessing some pages

Hi

I was exploring the chinook website trying to find out what it does but everytime I clicked on some of the links such as  Use Chinook Online now!  or Run the Open Regulatory Competition now! it gave me the Problem Loading page...The connection has timed out  error. 

A couple of more questions :) .... do you have any publication that would detail what chinook is all about?? and is it necessary to download and install chinook to register a webservice in it? is there an online client available for this purpose?
