[Chinook] Source code request

Hello,

I am a M.Sc. (Computer Science) student at UVic and am currently 
working with Dr. Upton's lab in the Department of Microbiology and 
Biochemmistry.  My interest in viewing the source code is twofold:

1. I am currently in a Distributed Computing course; my project will 
involve comparing traditional client-server architecture to P2P 
networks.

2. I am interested in implementing a similar system to replace our 
current application server for "The Virus Bioinformatics Resource" 
site: http://www.virology.ca/
