[Chinook] Chinook 1.0 on Web Start

You can run the release version of Chinook on web start
from 
http://134.87.4.54:8080/webstart/chinook-client/ChinookClientLauncher.html
The links on the Chinook webpage will be updated soon to point to this.

If you cannot find any services, try "Activate peer-to-peer" from the 
Tools menu
(the client will first try to connect to a local chinook p2p daemon, 
then obtain static services, and then, if nothing is found, a user has 
the option to connect to the P2P network from the Tools menu.)

(A great addition to this release is that the JXTA Configurator no 
longer appears when run over web start)
