Each expression value is also a hyperlink to a view of the feature's corresponding genomic region in the UCSC genome browser. Expression data will automatically be loaded as custom GFF and wiggle tracks.

The color of the bars correspond to different feature types (enumerated as colored boxes in the legend). As in the histograms, the estimated cutoffs level for intergenic and intragenic noise are indicated as dotted lines. For genes with low expression values, these cutoffs converge to a single value.
