'Lib A Level' and 'Lib B Level' are the expression levels observed for this feature in Library A and B respectively. 'Exons Skipped' indicates the number of exons skipped by a junction. 'Is AE?' indicates whether the feature was considered alternatively expressed. 'Expressed Count' indicates whether the feature was expressed above background noise levels in one library (1) or both (2). 'ORFeome Matches' indicates the number of ORFs in the entire known ORFeome that the peptide matches perfectly. Finally the actual peptide sequence is provided.
